This summer, the Oak Leafs hockey team is staying sharp both on and off the ice as they gear up for the upcoming season. Players are hitting the rink for focused summer ice practices, working on skating drills, puck control, and team coordination. Off the ice, they’re diving into strength and conditioning sessions to build endurance and prevent injuries. It’s a full-spectrum approach to preparation—and they’re hungry to hit the ice stronger than ever this fall.
